The Term, " Estate Manager" assumes that there is more than just a large home to be looked after. Often, these individuals supervise the care and maintenance of several residences and their staffs. Sometimes it is one property, but with many facets and details that need a captain at their helm. In either case, the person assuming these responsibilities must have a variety of skills and talents. They must also have the first-hand knowledge of what it takes to meet this level of accountability. There are not a lot of candidates who have all of these attributes.
